Founded in 2023 by the Greens, Treasure Box is a place unlike anywhere else…

Just beyond the bustling cities of Northern California, lies a tiny store in a quiet mountain town, nestled next to one of the most beautiful rivers in the world, the Yuba.

Clay and Evony Green met in Washington, California in 2006. It was both their first time to the “Little Town” and it’s beautiful, crystalline emerald green river.

Before long, the two were in love and hosting camp excursions for friends and family to their new favorite place.

Tragedy struck both the Shipley family (River Rest Resort) and the Greens, which brought the families closer than ever. Clay and Evony eventually took over the full responsibilities of the Campground at which they fell in love, cementing their connection to the Little Town of Washington.

After 4.5 years in Las Vegas, the Greens returned to Little Town in 2020 just as the Covid-19 epidemic was beginning. They purchased 48.5 acres in their favorite place and disappeared.

Since then, the Property has become a Registered Organic Farm in the State of California and services many of the local grocery stores and restaurants.

It has always been a dream for the Greens to open a shop. Clay, passionate about creative arts, precious metals, and possessing a keen sense of taste, along with Evony, drawn to all things beautiful with a penchant for arts & crafts and a fondness for baking, found perfect harmony in their aspirations. The Treasure Box is not just a showcase for cherished items but also a celebration of unique finds from their travels and the bounty of their farm, inviting others to partake in the treasures that enriched their lives.
